MEET STEVE

Hi, I’m Steve O’Halloran, PCC — an executive coach, leadership mentor, and coach trainer who believes that great coaching starts with who you are, not just what you do.

For me, coaching isn’t a technique or a transaction — it’s a conversation that changes lives. It’s about how we show up, how we lead ourselves and others, and how we grow into the person we’re meant to be.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching and mentoring leaders, entrepreneurs, and coaches across Australia, the USA, Japan, Malaysia, Dubai, India, Bali, New Zealand, and Singapore. I’ve worked with everyone from start-ups to multibillion-dollar company executives — but at the heart of it all, my work is about people. About helping them see differently, lead powerfully, and live more fully.

Clients often call me The Inner Architect — a title I wear lightly and with a smile — because of my ability to help people shift how they relate to themselves, their leadership, and their lives. I help people reconnect with who they really are, so they can lead, coach, and live with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I’m a certified ICF PCC Coach, a trained ICF PCC Marker Assessor, a qualified DeMartini Method® Facilitator, and I’ve completed my ICF Level 3 Coach Training. I’m also a Program Director for Accelerated Learning programs, having supported thousands of people through transformational programs. I’m passionate about growing the next generation of coaches and leaders — mentoring them to build their confidence, sharpen their skills, and embody the kind of leadership that truly makes a difference.

At the end of the day, I bring a blend of heart, brilliance, care, integrity — and a healthy dose of fun and play — to everything I do. Because coaching, leadership, and life itself are meant to be meaningful, courageous, and a little bit playful along the way.
